Zambia: General Election on 12 August

General elections in Zambia are scheduled for 12 August 2021. Although no calls for protests have been made, demonstrations around voting day are possible with the release of the results.

Protests and other civil unrest can sometimes occur leading up to, during, and after elections. Avoid all large gatherings or protests as a basic security precaution.
