Tropical Storm ELSA en route to Caribbean Islands - Update

Tropical storm ELSA has strengthened somewhat with winds now estimated at 90-95 km/hr. Storm warnings have been extended to include Guadeloupe, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Haiti and Montserrat.

If travelling in the path of this storm, be cautious and consult local meteorological and emergency reports wherever available through local media (TV, radio, and local alerts).
