Tropical Storm ELSA is expected to reach Barbados, Martinique, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica and Grenada in the next 20-24 hours. Winds are currently estimated at 70-75 km/hr. Storm warnings have been posted for these countries.
