Taiwan: 36 Killed in Train Derailment North of Hualien on 2 April

A passenger train carrying approximately 350 passengers derailed in a tunnel north of Hualien, Taiwan. According to authorities, at least 36 people were killed and more than 72 people injured. About 70 people are still trapped in the wreckage, and rescue attempts are ongoing.
