New Caledonia Under Two-Week Lockdown

New Caledonia will go into a two-week lockdown from midnight (8 March) after nine COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the community. Businesses and schools will be closed. Anyone in public will be required to carry an authorization justifying their movement. Passenger flights between New Caledonia and Wallis and Futuna have been suspended, as well as domestic flights in New Caledonia.
