Bolivia: Airport Workers on Indefinite Strike from 24 June

Bolivian airport workers have announced an indefinite strike at airports across Bolivia from 24 June, in a dispute with the government over unpaid salary and bonus benefits. As per the reports, only emergency, humanitarian and transit international flights will be allowed to operate.

Unless the strike is averted by negotiations, expect potential travel disruption and transport logistics delays due to the scheduled strike. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flight with their airline before heading to the airport.
