Barbados: Extended Closure of Grantley Adams International Airport

The closure of the Grantley Adams International Airport (GAIA) has been extended until Wednesday noon (14 April) due to the ashfall from the ongoing eruptions at the La Soufriere volcano in St Vincent. Access to the airport will be limited to authorized personnel during the closure.

Passengers affected due to the travel disruptions as a result of the airport closure are advised to contact their respective airlines for alternative flight arrangements.
