Tropical Typhoon IN-FA Threatens China and Taiwan - Update

Typhoon IN-FA continues en route to Taiwan (arrival in approximately 24-30 hours) and China (arrival in approximately 48-72 hours). Winds are currently estimated at approximately 160 km/hr. Storm warnings continue to be posted for Taipei, Wenling, Okinawa, Wenzhou, T'aichung, Ningbo, Fu'an, Fuzhou, Shanghai and Jinhua.

If travelling in the path of this storm, be cautious and consult local meteorological and emergency reports. The storm could cause flooding and landslides, and high winds may cause dangerous sea conditions. Follow the advice of local authorities. Travellers should avoid travelling in affected areas since essential services, including transportation, may be disrupted.
